Evelyn R. Creasy, 85, of Danville, passed away peacefullysurrounded by her family on Sunday, August 30, 2026, ather residence. She was born on April 12, 1941, inLanghorne, PA, the daughter of the late William and Winifred (Follmer) Creasy.

Evelyn graduated from Neshaminy High School and the University of Delaware. She received her master’s degree in social work at West Virginia University.

Evelyn was employed by the Danville State Hospital as a social worker for many years.

She was a member of the American Psychological Association.

One of Evelyn’s greatest joys was listening to music and playing the piano. She had a deep caring heart for her two cats.

She is survived by one brother; Walter Creasy, one niece, Dawn Creasy and one nephew, Darren Creasy, three grand nieces and nephews, Cole Creasy, Alex Becan, and Ava Becan as well as one cousin, Jeannie Baker.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service to be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Millville Cemetery, 349 East Main Street, Millville, PA with Pastor Mike Spagnuolo officiating.
