Heather L. Moore, 45, of Mifflin, PA passed away peacefully at Geisinger Medical Center Danville, PA on Friday, January 16, 2026. She was born August 19, 1980, in Park Ridge, Illinois, the daughter of the late Kevin Lee Moore and Nancy Ann Chendes Moore of Lewistown, PA, who survives.

She graduated from Harry D. Jacobs High School.

She was an avid reader and especially loved music and singing.

Heather was kind, understanding and well known for her sense of humor and gentle personality. She will be remembered for her warmth and the love she shared with her family.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by Elysia Dawson and Mel Moore as well as her grandchildren, Salvatore and Rosalie. Also surviving is one sister, Kristen Ronk and her husband Kevin, and one brother, Eric, and his wife, Denise.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
