Obituary For Mary Elizabeth Albertson

Mary Elizabeth Albertson, 62, of Bloomsburg, PA went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 7, 2025. She was born on December 23, 1962, in New Paris, Indiana, the daughter of the Late Dr. Gorman Miller and Patricia Mishler Miller, who survives.

She graduated from Danville High School in 1981.

Mary is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Randall P. Albertson. They were married May 25, 1985.

She was member of Bloomsburg Christian Church.

In her previous years, she was employed at Danville Family Practice in Danville, PA. She also was a service associate for Hills Department Store, Ames Department Store and Dollar General.

Mary enjoyed walking in the woods. She loved fishing with her husband and especially going to the shooting range.

She is remembered by her husband as a loving, devoted and supportive wife. Many will remember her for quiet spirit and gentle soul. She will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by one sister, Pamela Simonetti of Lewistown, PA. Also surviving is one nephew, Tobin Simonetti and his wife, Cassandra of Bellefonte, PA and three great-nieces. Several other nieces and nephews also survive her.

She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Paul W. Albertson; two nieces, Adair Hendricks and Kayla Marie Simonetti. and her brother-in-law, Christopher Simonetti.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Mary's Life to be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Bloomsburg Christian Church 107 Deussen Drive Bloomsburg, PA with Pastor Eric Miller officiating. Friends will be received from 10:00 – 10:45 AM.

The family will provide flowers. Memorial Contributions in Mary’s name may be made to the Benevolence Fund Bloomsburg Christian Church 107 Deussen Drive Bloomsburg, PA 17815.
