Patricia Ann Miller, 91, of Danville, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the home of her daughter. She was born on July 1, 1934, in New Paris, Indiana, the daughter of the late George S. and Marjorie E. (Burtsfield) Mishler.

Pat graduated from New Paris High School, New Paris, IN in 1952. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree from Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana.

She was married to the late Dr. Gorman L. Miller for 49 years. They were married on August 17, 1957.

Pat was employed as a registered dietician by several hospitals before moving to Danville. Locally she was employed by White Deer Run, Area Agency on Aging and Danville Family Practice.

She was a member of First Baptist Church for several years serving as the Treasurer of Missions and was the church librarian. Pat was also a member of the T-Railers Quilt Guild.

Pat found her joy in the art of quilting and sewing, creating beautiful pieces that will forever be treasured by her family and friends. A true sports enthusiast, she was an avid fan of the Williamsport Little League World Series and the Women’s National Basketball Association, cheering particularly for her beloved Indiana Fever.

She is remembered as a strong woman of faith, whose heart for missions resonated deeply with her. Her genuine sensitivity for people was often evident in her compassionate nature, and she was known for her heartfelt empathy, often weeping.

She is survived by one daughter: Pamela K. Simonetti of Reedsville, PA and one son-in-law Randy Albertson of Bloomsburg PA. Also surviving is one grandson Tobin S. Simonetti and his wife Cassandra; four great- grandchildren, Escy, Aliyah, Dahrah, and Mae who all lovingly referred to her as GGP.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary E. Albertson, her granddaughter Kayla Marie Simonetti; and her son-in law, Christopher Simonetti. The last of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by one brother, Phil G. Mishler and one sister, Marjolaine McFarren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Patricia’s Life to be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church, 12 Brookside Drive, (off Route 642 East), Danville, PA with the Reverend Dawes J. Dunham officiating. Friends will be received from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. Burial will be held at Columbia Hill Cemetery, Danville.

The family will provide flowers. Because of her heart for Missions, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Missions Fund, 12 Brookside Drive, Danville, PA 17821.
