Richard Clark Baubles, 93, of Danville, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 19, 2024, at Emmanuel Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, Danville, PA. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Walter Raymond and Mary Clark Baubles.

Richard graduated from West Orange High School in West Orange, NJ and graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

He served his country in the United States Coast Guard.

He was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 60 years, Barbara and his daughter Sharon Elizabeth.

Richard was employed by Jacobson Manufacturing for 30 years, from where he retired as President.

He was a faithful member of Faith Chapel in Danville PA for 30 years. Richard was also a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers for 65 years.

Richard enjoyed his model train collection and also repairing antique clocks. He took great pride in doing home repair in his home and particularly enjoyed tinkering with any project to perfection.

Richard will be remembered for a man who dearly loved his family, especially his five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of whom he adored.

He is survived by one daughter, Shirley Jean Bergman (Richard) of State College, PA and one son, Clark Baubles (Kimberly) of Woolwich Twp., NJ.

In addition, he is survived by five grandchildren: Charles (Liezel); Emily (Randy);

Jonathan (Jenna); James; Meredith and two great-grandchildren: Ako and Ana.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Richard’s Life to be held on, Friday, December 27, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Faith Chapel 2553 Center Road Danville PA with his pastor, Pastor Bill Renno officiating. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be private in Columbia Hill Cemetery Danville PA.

The family will provide flowers. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Faith Chapel at the above address.
